Overview of Elaborate White Label Offering

Elaborate offers a white-labeled offering of its product to clients with patient-facing brand guidelines or an owned application experience (mobile or web app). The Elaborate experience can be embedded in your app via an iframe (or an equivalent embeddable web view, depending on your platform.) We will provide you with a way to generate secure URLs which will allow your patients to access their labs in Elaborate without creating a separate Elaborate account and password.

Preliminaries

What you will need:

• The ability to make requests to Elaborate’s API
• The ability to encrypt a message with an RSA public key
• An API of your own (if you wish to receive webhooks)

What we will need from you:

• If you would like to receive webhooks:
  • An API route to which we can POST webhook data
  • A static API token which we can include as a bearer auth token in our webhook request

What we will provide you:

• An API token for authenticating with Elaborate’s staging and production environments
• A public key for encrypting tokens for Elaborate’s staging and production environments

Scheduling and Next Steps

By default, we prompt patients to schedule an appointment if if their lab results indicate important topics that need to be discussed with their doctor. This can be customized in the following ways.
